Paytm — Payment done but mobile not delivered | |||||
Order ID: [protected] Dt: 30.06.16 I ordered Lenovo K3 Note with a payment of Rs.9820. After 5 days when the product has not been delivered i contact the courier partner.What i heard was shocking..the merchant denied to deliver the same. Now my questions: can a merchant do so without intimating customer? Next, how a reputed brand PAYTM is dealing with its valuable customer?Where is my money & who is using the public money for such a no. of days? I have recharged my video on d2h from paytm on 26june at 9:45.amount is debited from my account but recharge is not done.not happy with the service provided by the paytm
