Two days ago (i.e. 15.06.2017 at 5:45 p.m.) I would pay my electricity bill through
paytm but due to the problem in
PayTm sight payment was not succeeded, after sometime its was showing as "payment confirmation awaited" but today onward it is showing as "payment failed" after that I did lodge a complain against
paytm in "Indian consumer complains forum" vide
PayTm Complaint Status Update (ID : 1311066). And very after that complain I am receiving so many fake calls in my registered mobile No. [protected] asking for my
PayTm Password No., Debit Card No., Credit Card No., Bank account No. and it is the main suspicious to me that all the people demanded that they are from
PayTm Customer Care department. Now I am very afraid of these. By taking OTP from my mobile (as I given to them with faith) they also changed my
PayTm Password, which again I changed recently and then saw a number of of transactions were trying to make there (though all were failed). Sir, I am availing net banking facility for which now I am very much worried about. My another problem is that the transaction which I made on 15/06/2016 through
paytm order no. [protected] for the payment of my CESC Bill of Rs. 2, 830/-, the transaction has failed but now it is about 2 days gone, still neither I got the money back nor the money added with my
PayTm Wallet account, though the money deducted from my bank account the very after my failed transaction with
PayTm. Hence in such harassed situation may I request to your goodself to kindly take the necessary actions and please arrange to back my money at your earliest. My registered mobile No. [protected] and me Email ID is gopal.[protected]@
