It indicates that this order got failed and the amount of Rs. 227 was refunded to your Paytm wallet. The Paytm wallet balance can be used for your next orders at Paytm.com. You always have the option to transfer this balance to same credit card/bank account. To initiate the refund go to 'Paytm Cash' under the 'My Account' section and click on 'Refund to bank'.

Please confirm how much time will it take to refund it to my Paytm wallet, and i had received a call from one of your executive and also i wants to know that he is working with your company or not. i want the details of that person mentioned below,
