[Resolved] Paytm — PAYTM: BESCOM BILL NOT PAID, AMT DEBITED | |||
Hi, This is Ayeshan from Bangalore, [protected]. This is regarding BESCOM Bill Payment made through PAYTM website. I made a payment of Rs. 1235/- towards BESCOM A/C ID:[protected], with Order No.[protected] on 19th November 2014. They had mentioned in their website that it takes 2 days to pay the bill to BESCOM, but even after a week, the bill has not been paid to BESCOM and I'm in fear of disconnection at any moment due to nonpayment. I have mailed the PAYTM CC many times with ticket no. [protected] and[protected], but no response from them about the payment or refund. Kindly help... Was this information helpful? | |||
