Paytm — Paytm debited bank account but not paid bill

Address:Mumbai City, Maharashtra

I was making my bill payment of idea cellular via Paytm and my account got debited however the payment of Rs 1476 is yet not paid to idea cellular. Can you refund my money back. Secondly no one has responded to my mail sent on their customer care email id.
