[Resolved] Paytm — paytm deducting money from wallet for failed transactions. money deducted but not received by merchant dominos | |||||
This is regarding order placed on 8th April 2018 at 7.28 pm Order No : 229. I had first tried paying with paytm wallet and on dominos website it showed that paytm payment failed. Hence I selected alternative and selected cash on delivery expecting that as paytm payment failed the amount deducted will be reversed. But after some time I received a message on my mobile telling that the Paytm transaction was successful. Even when the delivery person came for delivery I informed him the same and spoke to store representative telling that money has been deducted from Paytm wallet . But I was forced to pay cash on delivery. Hence i paid the same amount i.e 208 twice - once through paytm and once through cash. I contacted Paytm and they were not ready to support me. Hence attaching all the proofs in this mail. Please resolve my issue at the earliest. Neither Dominos nor paytm is helping. Was this information helpful? | |||||
