Paytm — Paytm Fastag cancellation refund not received

Paytm not giving the deposit paid for Paytm Fastag.

I had total 475rs in my paytm fastag account. However, the fastag received was defective and hence i applied for closure. Received Rs.225 in my wallet against the same, however Rs.250 still reflecting in my fastag account and paytm customer care is not resolving the issue.
