Hello there,
This is with regards to the concern that you have registered with
Paytm.
We understand your concern. However, as per our terms and conditions, we are unable to process the refund. For more details, kindly refer to the terms and conditions of the
Paytm bus ticketing services.
Paytm will not be liable for the following points:
1. Untimely departure/ arrival of the bus
2. Rude behavior of bus operator's employees
3. Bus seats/ cushions not as per customer's expectation
4. Bus cancellation due to unavoidable reasons
5. Baggage lost /stolen /damaged
6. Change in customer's seat to accommodate a lady /child at the last moment
7. Customer waiting at the wrong boarding point (please call the bus operator to find out the exact boarding point if you are not a regular traveler on that particular bus)
8. Change in the boarding point and/or use of a pick-up vehicle to take customers to the departure point
Note:
Paytm is only a bus ticket agent. It does not operate bus services on its own. In order to provide a comprehensive choice of bus operators, departure times and prices to customers, it has tied up with many bus operators and service providers.
Paytm advise customers to choose bus operators they are aware of and whose services they are comfortable with.
