Paytm — Paytm wallet balance not credited after cancelled order

I purchase one product from Trendin.com and pay from paytm wallet on date 25 -oct-15, unfortunately it was cancelled but till time my money was not credited from paytm, , i m very suffering for this issue, 4-5 times i raised ticket but no any reply from paytm, , i also discuss with trenin.com customer care they told me that your money was credited to paytm on date 26 oct 15 and its txn no-[protected] and my cancell trendin order no-812668 and 812689. pls help me
