Paytm — Paytm Wallet refund | |
Do not use Paytm application otherwise they will still your money. I am sharing here my experience with paytm please read and share -
I had paid my airtel mobile bill of RS 632 using my Paytm wallet money on 28th Oct 2015 and transaction order no -[protected]. But due to some processing issue, this transaction status was changes to processing and after approx two hour it was changes to fail. But my wallet amount was not credited back in my wallet account.
I reported this issue with Paytm custcare at [protected]@paytm.com as Paytm donot provide support on call. After exchange of 18 mail the problem is still same. The Custcare people response is always same and it is as below:
“I would like to inform you that the bank automatically refunds the amount into your account. It may take between 3 to 10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account. The refund timelines vary from bank to bank.
In case of any delay in receiving your amount, I request you to please get in touch with your bank.
“
I already clarified to cust care that i have not associated my bank / credit account with paytm. So bank is not involved in this transaction. If it is involve, tell me how it is possible and what is bank name. I requested them to check my transaction details and my wallet balance before and after this transaction.
