Paytm — Please help regarding bill payment of my internet.

I was paying my tikona bill user id [protected] on 7th july using paytm wallet service but accidently something went wrong so the payment on tikona acccount is not done yet and amount from my account is being deducted kindly update about it transaction id is [protected]. snapshot of my bank account is attached.
