Paytm — Prepaid mts mobile recharge not done but amount debited from bank account

I am smt runa bhattacharjee, my mts mobile number [protected], i had try to recharge my mobile amount rs. 100 dated 26/06/2016, through paytm but recharge not success and the amount rs. 100 debited from my bank account. Payment confirmation number - 5113589. Please refund my money as early as possible.
