I have ordered Wells Almond Oil - 800Ml from paytm. Didn't receive. It has been almost a week (13.07.15) since I have been following with paytm but without any success. But yet they didn't shipped. Plz help. My order id are [protected]. I have already paid and This is my track id UNIPAYP2151577, Courier Company: GoJavas, Gopalapuram, Chennai. Updated by Girija Sasi Well, it is two more days after the deadline that u had set and promised to deliver. How long should we wait till the order is finally delivered? Why do you guys make promises when u are not able to meet it? Can i get a correct status update on the delivery date and the reason for the delay and not some Customer care executive just trying to tell me that the order is in process and it will be delivered soon?

Awaiting clarification.
