Paytm — Product not shipped and Money not refunded

Neither they shipped the product nor they refund my money. They say that the product is with BLUEDART, but BLUEDART says that they have returned the product to PAYTM. For ORDER NO. [protected], the order was placed on 20th August 2015 and shipped on 22nd August 2015 and was supposed to be delivered to me by 227th Aug, 2015. On failing to do so, I called PAYTM as the site was not allowing me to track the product as well. On 31st Aug, they confirmed that BLUE dart will ship it to me by 24 hrs. I checked on BLUE DART site, and it said that the shipment was received at KOLKATA on 30th Aug. On 2nd September, 2015, I called PAYTM customer care, saying that either you ship me the product within 3rd September, or you allow me to cancel the Order and refund the amount back to me immediately. My concern is I do not want to wait for the seller to receive it back, for the refund being initiated, since there is no guarantee that BLUE DART will ship it back to the seller on time, as they could not deliver it to me on time. Therefore I agreed to wait till today, for the shipment to be delivered. Now today when I called BLUE DART with the AWB, they said that they will not ship me the product, as they had already received a RTO(return to origin) request from PAYTM on 1st September at around 3:30 pm. They said that if i want the product delivered, then PAYTM needs to write to them. Why did PAYTM cancel the order on 1st September? I only called PAYTM with the concern on 2nd September. Now, when I called PAYTM, they are saying they do not have any such information and they do not have any information about any cancellation request to BLUE DART. All the Customer Care executives are saying, that some concerned team is looking into the issue after I mailed you guys yesterday. If this kind of harassment PAYTM provides, and amidst all of these, my money is blocked, then I must say that you guys are cheating your customers. Their executives say that once the item is shipped, I cannot cancel the order, I have to reject it once it ships to me, and then only once the seller receives it back, I can get my Money, but BLUE DART says that PAYTM had already contacted them on 1st September (God knows why) and had asked them to return.
