Product of substandard quality Paytm Order Ref. No. [protected] - Product - Fila White sport shoes (Size-9) (Item [protected]). The product (Shoes - Fila - Size 9) was delivered to me in time and in good condition. I started using them happily. I use them to play Tennis like sports in the morning for about 2 hours. The shoes were delivered on 25/26th September. In the last 20 days I must not have used them more than 20 hours (10 days 2 hours each - I was out of town for about a week and we don't play on sunday). Today I noticed that the right side of the right shoe is torn. I believe that the product is defective and request a replacement of the same.
