Paytm — Product Return Problem

PAYTM REGISTERED USER ID - [protected] ORDER NO - [protected] Sir I have purchase a (HP 15-R205TU (K8U05PA) Notebook) from paytm.. But there are some hardware fault problem in this product.& return policy of this product have 15 days...& i want return this product to paytm.. I have mailed to paytm about this issue many times..but paytm says that you have 1 year warranty of this product so go to service center... i do not want go toservice center, bcz this is a new product & i do not want open it..& in this product have 15 days return policy.. so i want only return...pl help..
