Paytm — Received Wrong and Damaged Product | |||
Hi Sir/ Madam, This is to being to your kind attention in regards to the order placed with Online web site PayTM. Order Number: MPtkt – [protected]. • Order was placed for IFB EVA Aqua SX 6 kg Front Load Fully Automatic Washing Machine (Silver) (Item # [protected]) • Product received IFB EVA SX 6 Kg (Wrong Product with Lot of Damages). • Product delivered on[protected]. • First complain was done on[protected] to PayTM via mail. • Photo of damage was also sent via mail. • After many follow up Return request was taken on[protected]. Return Ticket #[protected] for Order # [protected]. Even after the return request was made, the pick up is still pending.
