Paytm — Recharge failed but amount depicted from my account

I v used bsnl recharge in patym.. my money was depicted from my bank account but the recharge order was not delivered. recharge didnt happen.. here is my TICKET NO:[protected], WHICH was given when i filed a complaint in patym.. but there was no response for my complaints even in mail too.. this happened more than thrice when i recharged in patym.
