Paytm — recharge money is not credited to my reliance big tv account

Hi, I have raised concern with Paytm Grievance officer and servicehead also, they are saying issue resolved, but not getting my money . Please take immediate action. It has been 3 weeks over now.i have recharged my reliance big tv account directly .I want paytm to refund my money to my paytm wallet asap.i have raised below tickets, but no resolution yet. 1.
