[Resolved] Paytm — Recharge Not done and Groupon promo code got wasted | |||
I tried to recharge my number and the transaction got failed. While recharging I used the "groupon Rs.50 cashback coupon code" which I bought from Groupon Website for Rs.27 [bought 3 promo codes i.e. Rs.9 X 3]. I have mentioned the link below: http://www.groupon.co.in/deals/pune/paytm-com-1/578522 Then again I tried to recharge my number through that code but then I got the message that "The Promo Code can be used only once". I mailed the same query to Paytm and got a reply from their side that "According to the terms & conditions that if a transaction gets failed then the groupon promo code will be reactivated in 45 minutes. " Then After sometime I tried to recharge with another groupon code, the same thing happened with that code also. It has been more than a day now and I am getting the same error. Till now, 3 Groupon promo codes have been wasted. The Order No.'s are: Paytm order no:[protected] Paytm order no:[protected] Paytm order no:[protected] So, I request you to file a complaint against them and tell them to either reactivate the 3 groupon promo codes or reissue me 3 new groupon promo codes.
