Paytm — Recharge not done but amount deducted from account | |
I had used Pay TM to recharge my Vodafone number of Punjab - [protected], on evening of 12/04/16. I went for Full talk time scheme of Rs. 360/-. The amount was immediately deducted from my OBC account. Then due to network problem or other fault, the recharge could not be done and the Order summary was showing result of "Pending". Neither recharge is done nor the amount of Rs.360/- has been credited back to my account. Was this information helpful? | |
