[Resolved] Paytm — Recharge not done on Airtel Account | |||
I would like to lodge a complaint against Paytm Mobile Solutions Pvt. Ltd. wherein I had made an online recharge of Rs. 400 for my Airtel prepaid connection (Mobile no. [protected]) vide order no.[protected] on 17/09/2014 wherein the recharge status was showing queued till 18/09/2014 and on 20/09/2014 I received a message from Paytm that the recharge is been successful. But, in actual there was no recharge done on my Airtel account. When I had lodged a complaint to Paytm on their customer care mail id. I received a reply on 21/09/2014 that due to some technical issue the recharge was not done and the recharge will be done or the amount will be transferred to my Paytm account within 24 -48 hours. But, till today neither the recharge to my account is done nor the amount is transferred to my Paytm account for which I had again put 2 mails to the company for which they have not replied. I would hereby like to lodge a complaint against the company for such fraudulent act with no reply to the mail by the consumer. Also, to bring to your notice, this company does not have a Customer care number to speak directly to their customer executive only option they give is to record the complaint on phone for which there is no reply being done.
