Paytm — Recharge pending for 4 months and money is not refunded. | |||
On 16 July 2015 i had made a transaction of Rs. 585 for the recharge of videocon D2h. Its been more than 4 months and recharge is still pending. I have already wrote to PAYTM customer care several times about this issue but they dont do anything and my money is not being refunded. Every time they say wait for 48 hours but nothing happens. My order no. is [protected]. The reference number to my mails that i have written to paytm is Ref 00029557. I have written many times to paytm but money is not being refunded.
