[Resolved] Paytm — Recharge Refund | |||
I made two failed recharges for 1100 each. I got a mail saying that both will be refunded in the paytm wallet. Sometime later Rs2200 was refunded in my paytm wallet. After that I made 2 successful recharges of Rs550 each. So by the end of day I had Rs1100 balance in my paytm wallet. Few days later when I checked my Paytm wallet the amount was 0 and my Rs1100 was not in the wallet. I wrote a mail to paytm. I got the following reply "We had a temporary technical problem due to which the payment was refunded to your Paytm Cash Wallet even though the recharge happened successfully. We sorted this out later and are in the process of deducting/ have deducted the extra amount that was credited to your Paytm Cash Wallet by mistake." Only two successful recharges were made from my account for Rs550 each. Where as I have paid Rs2200. Order no. o[censored]nsuucessful recharges of Rs1100 each :[protected],[protected] Order no. of successful recharges of Rs550 each:[protected],[protected] Ticket no. of consumer complaint to paytm:[protected] Hence, Paytm owes me Rs1100.
