Paytm — Refund amount of Rs 95 for failed transaction order

i hav visit your paytm site to recharge my tata docomo haryana mob no-[protected] for 2G data pack of 95 but 95 Rs balance deducted from my account and the plan not activated.. please look into the matter to refund my money as sson possible

We tried to speak to you personally on your number to understand your concern regarding recharge benefits of your Tata Docomo number . However, we are unable to contact you, since your call was not responded.

In this regards, we would like to inform you that in case of failure transactions the debited amount will be credited back to your bank account with in 5 to 7 working days in case of any delay request you to coordinate with the relevant bank.
