Paytm — Refund money for returned order

Return of order I had ordered wildcraft shoes on paytm. I found fitting issues with same. So they told me to return the product and I did same. Order was delivered back to seller and paytm accepted that item received by seller and told me k your money will be credited to your account within 24 to 48 hours. I waited for three days still no action. Then I constantly called paytm customer care and they repeatedly told that your money will get credited in 2 days.
