Paytm — Refund not made even after 8 days | |||||
[protected]mlpteaan I have made payment on tikona broadband site using paytm gateway on 12th of july. Transaction was shown as failed from tikona web portal and i have made 2nd attempt which was eventually successful. However, my bank account was debited twice for 575 rs. I have contacted multiple times paytm for check status of that 2nd failed transaction. I am not getting any reply of ticket raised and there is not system for keeping track of ticket. I am not getting any reference of my raised ticket on my registered number. I am more irritated because they have removed that transaction of 575 on the 2nd of transaction made from transaction history. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Meri problem ye hai ki me jab apni id opan karta hun to jo opt ata hai wo mere mob no par jata hai to me chahata hun ki wo opt mere mail par aaye q ki jo mera mob no. hai wo kho gaya hai or mujhe opt ka pata nahi chal raha hai agar aap opt mere mail par bheje he to me use kar sakta hun or me new no. add karna chahata hun
