Paytm — refund not processed order #[protected] | |||||
Hi, I have placed an order for a product with paytm on 12th january with order id #[protected] which was delivered to me on 16th, upon checking the colour of the product was different than mentioned so i have raised a refund request. The courier partner has collected the product for replacement and surprisingly i have received a rejection email for the product the same night, please note that i have returned the product and i dont have any product with me now. So i raised a complain for the same on paytm on 17th. They has asked for a receipt for the courier pickup and i have responded for the same stating that the courier pickup person has not provided any receipt. Upon many further followups for almost 20 days and multiple complains they are closing the complain stating that the courier has not been received. I am not sure where the problem is but i dont have the product now with me, neither the amount i paid for it. Please find the ticket numbers opened for the same #[protected] #[protected] #[protected] #[protected]. Please help me in this regards.
