Paytm — Refund not received from paytm | |
Dear Pehredar Team,
My name is sushil kumar, i made a one payment through the payment regarding the payment of my bill for mobile no [protected], due to some problem bill was not paid and the amount was added to payment wallet and i requested for the transfer of the amount to my bank account from where the money has deducted . till now i have not received the money back . for the same i have written a mail to the paytm email d [protected]@paytm.com. on 3rd december. i have recived a ticket no[protected] where they boasted about the solution of the query within 24 hours . this was the second step where they again failed on their commitment.they have not even have the customer care contact no . one no has given for formality that will again direct you to write on the email .today i again wrote on the email id given but they donot have the time to revert back . now i am totally in dilema how much time they will not to refund the amount . paytm is just earning interest and penality from the customer which they have in suspense
