Paytm — Refund not received from paytm | |||
Dear Pehredar Team, My name is Sairam, I made a one payment through the payment regarding the payment of my Vediocon DTH, due to some problem bill was not paid and the amount was added to payment wallet and i requested for the transfer of the amount to my bank account from where the money has deducted. Till now I have not received the money back. For the same I have written a mail to the Paytm email d [protected]@paytm.com. on 3rd & 8th December. I have not received any responses. I have called to customer care numbers but they don't even have a proper customer care where problems can be heard. Only computers and IVRs. one no has given for formality that will again direct you to write on the email.
