Mera naam nitesh umale he. 18 june 2016 tarik ka mera ticket tha.. pune to aurangabad by md westline travel. wo cancel ho gayi. maine khud bahot wait karne ke baad call karne pr muze pata chala wo cancel ho gayi... uske baad office vale muze bataya ki aapke paise refund ho jayenge.. pr ab tak nahi huye.. maine 7 baar call kiya he ab tak.. o sirf aaj kare ge aaj karenge bolte he.. unka baat karne ka tarika bhi achha nahi he.. So, is ke baad kabhi bhi paytm se bus booking nahi karunga.. paytm give me worst experience of service. Booking karne pr muze ye massage aaya tha..!! I will give less than 1 star to paytm. I am waiting for 20 days for refund! Is this called service..?? Shame shame.
