Paytm — Refund recharge money | |||||
I have done my recharge of DTH, Payment of Rs. 500 and My Order No is [protected] done at 12:51 pm, Feb 24 2016. and recharge are still in processing . i mail to [protected]@paytm to resolve my problem and refund my amount and he replied that if your recharge will not confirmed in 4 hour then he refund my money in wallet but mow 48 hour goes not refund is there it is still in processing. i sent him 15- 20 mail and still no solution of my query from his side . what can i do now. please help me and refund my money from him . its a big amount for me Was this information helpful? | |||||
