Paytm — Refund related | |||
I happened to purchase a mobile from the above vendor a d post receiving it I happened to find few defects in the product and hence asked for the refund. The app did not allow me to trabsfer the refund back to my card account and hence I have been writing to the paytm guys every second day and finally they came back saying that as there was cash back processed for this case I need to deposit cash of 1100 to initiate the transfer I even did that couple of days back. However I still Don seem to find any revert from them on how do I go about transferring the entire amount of 7500 back to my card account. I am writing to them almost everyday but to no avail. Please arrange to transfer this back to my account and I need a compensation of 10 lakh for this harassment and trauma which I am made to undergo. Mobile number [protected]. Hi, I have ordered "Koutons Pack of 3 Denim Jeans" on paytm.com. I received the items, but they are different from those mentioned on the site. And I requested for return. They accepted my return request and told that they will reverse pickup. But after somedays, they informed me that they donot have any reverse pickup and requsted me to return the product and they will refund the courier charges as well. Then I returned the items. They requested to share the return details. I told them that I have returned the items and I will share the return details as soon as I receive the POD details from the courier company. Then as I received POD, I shared them with paytm. But there is no response from them. I contacted continuously for a week. Then they replied that my return is cancelled.
