Paytm — Refund to bank account not processed

Hi,

I placed two order on jabong for which my transaction got failed for rs 1448 each so total amount of rs 2896 was deducted from my bank account through paytm wallet. i got refund from jabong but the anount of rs2896 is still their in my paytm wallet. on 16 july i logged a complaint to transfer my fund to my bank account as this is the refund of failed payment. i only got one reply from paytm team that they are working on issue. today is 21 july and i didnt got any solution for my refund.
