Paytm — Refund To bank not get credited since 45 days | |||||
Sir, I tried a recharge of ₹80 of mobile no [protected] on 26 Mar 15 through PayTM.I used SBI net banking to pay ₹60 and ₹20 using PayTM wallet. The recharge was failed and the full amount(₹80) was refunded to PayTM wallet.Thereafter on 30 Aug 15 i came to know that the amount paid through net banking for recharge of ₹60 can be transfer back to bank and i do so. The amount of ₹60 deducted from my wallet but the amount was not credited to my bank account even after 45 days passed. Further i lodged a complain to PayTM as well as SBI but no solution found till now.PayTM is saying that there is no deduction of ₹60 on 30 aug 15 even i sent the statement of aug sent by PayTM because they don't want to refund the amout. As the deducted amount is not so huge but it's the matter of faith and honesty so I request you to please help me about.
