Paytm — Regarding Product refund stuats | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, Hope you are doing wel!!! This is Snehasish Inform u that i have purchase one Titan silver analog watch on 22 Sept but wrong product got received . As per the communication over phone and mail i have packed the product and send it to seller address by DTDC. But what address they give its not exist as confirmed by DTDC . Now when i am trying to call customer care its showing my order id is Invalid. kindly look into this matter as its a serious issue related to my purchase product which is a cost of Rs 3300 .
