Harsha Jain, Apr 11, 08:53: I had a ordered a karbonn k9 phone on march 25th from a registered mobile number [protected] . Got the delivery on 1st april which was 2days late ! The phone isnt working . Sent yu emails regarding complaints but no reply ! Highly disappointed by yur services and products ! My order number is[protected] and awb[protected] and it's been 11days since today and I have got no response nor anybody came from your company to take the phone back. Why do you sell things to customers when you cannot solve their grievances. It's been 10days since I am without a phone and having lot of problems. Do understand this and reply to it and give a solution.
