I have payment a electric bill via upi paytm ref no. UPI/[protected]/[protected]@paytm, Rs. 2020.11 was faliur transaction but State Bank of India was debited my account which was faliur the paytm upi that is [protected]@paytm but the original tranjuction is rejected by paytm, please solved it and refund, tranjuction dated- 16/07/2018
