Paytm — Repeated failure of mobile recharge thru paytm | |||||
Dear sir, As i'm trying to recharge my airtel mobile number [protected] thru paytm, since yesterday morning on several occassion, all the time the recharge was declined. though there was sufficient balancve in the paytm wallet. every time the message appears like this and amount is refunded to the wallet : " sorry, your airtel mobile recharge of rs. 92.0 failed since payment declined by paytm due to any of the following reasons : - inaccurate account details entrered - insufficient balance in your account - due to some technical problem Please use any other payment method to complete your transaction Mobile number [protected] Recharge amount rs. 92.0 Transaction id[protected] Transaction date 09 jul 2016 Further, it may please be noted that the problem continued since yesterday morning, when i first tried to recharge my airtel number online. i've made several efforts, but all the time the result is the same. whereas i've made recharges of the other mobile numbers thru the same paytm wallet twice since yesterday.
