Paytm — Return of order and refund of money | |||
I have ordered PUREIT water purifier with order no .[protected] on 16.07.2015. The product was received on 20.07.2015 and it was defective and damaged. I have requested on 20.07.2015 for return of the item and refund of money. Till now there is no solution of my problem. After writing so many complaints through emails I am not satisfied. I have been assured by their executive on phone of the solution and he told me that since I have expressed my complaint to the Service Head my problem will be solved. He assured me of the refund of my valuable money. I am not able to understand why I am getting different answers to my problems. I have sent images of the defective product and invoice as per the instructions from executives. The executive have confirmed the pickup of the defective items and refund of money within 5 -7 days. The details on website clearly showing in the return policy that "Seller will accept returns within a 15 days from date of delivery of the item only in the case of damaged, defective or wrong products received".
