Paytm — Seller is giving fake remarks. | |||||
I have purchase apple iphone 6s 64 gb silver color from seller justcare-slp at rs 53769 on 6 feb .my order number is [protected]. on 06 feb i received a message from paytm that seller has confirm the order and shipment is ready to ship. on 8 feb i called customer care to ask the actual status they told me to wait for 48 hr. then in evening i got a message that seller has cancel the order due to out of stock issue. if order is ready to ship then how order can be cancelled. leave it. when i called paytm customer care and ask for reason they informed stock is out of stock. i guide customer care people to see the same items with same seller is giving at 59600 that why seller has canceled the order . i requested him to raise a ticket against seller for fake remarks which is normal business rule. I told more than 100 times to raise a ticket then after 1 hour your Sr. Floor supervisor ahmed Raja align to raise a ticket. i wait my more than one hour to raise a ticket. Paytm Customer care is not raising any ticket against seller. When seller is giving fake remarks to customer .and customer is proving same to customer care team. Tell me one more thing, In paytm ticket raising is punishable offense. is seller is giving too much money to paytm to not raise any ticket against seller . i learned from paytm that they doesnot care about customer. they think customer is fool and if they want to treat like dog.
