Paytm — Started cheating customers by sending wrong delivery notification emails. | |||||
Dear Sir, I had Purchased RO Water Purifier from M/s PayTm with an Amount of Rs. 4530 on 29-Jan-2016. Given Estimated Delivery on 07-Feb-2016. Product Shipped by Seller with Following Details. My Order No. [protected], Date. 29-Feb-2016, Shipped: Saturday, January 30, 2016 Courier Partner: XPRESSBEES AWB/Tracking ID:[protected]. I had requested Seller M/s PayTm to Deliver Product Latest on or Before 09-Feb-2016 as I was Traveling with Family for Tirupathi BALAJI Darshan from 10.02.2016 to 21.02.2016. I am unable to find Status of above Shipment movement through Online in their website portal. I had tried Coordinating with Courier Partner and Seller, but my Efforts in Vain. On 10.02.2016 We Left from Home Our Traveling Started as Scheduled. To My Utter Dismay on 10-Feb-2016, I had received an Update email from M/s PayTm My Product has been Delivered. I Surprised and Shocked, immediately given Notice to Customer Service Head of M/s PayTm. As on Today, i.e. 14-Feb-2016 by the Time I am raising this Complaint M/s PayTm Customer Service Head Just Exchanging Emails. In This regards I request the Concerned Officers Following ' 1. M/s PayTm Cheating Customers by Providing wrong Information to Buyers with illegal Business Strategies Posting Wrong information in Writing by Sending Delivery Notification Emails. This is NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE. 2. Requesting Grievance Officer to Take Further Necessary Action as per IT Negligence of Service Act with the Applicant Sections. File Cheating Case as per the given Email Conversation between me and M/s PayTm with above mentioned details. 3. Totally these kind of replies, Useless Pathetic Customer Service in association with putting Wrong information in writing by emails is unforgivable Crime. Compulsorily, M/s PayTm Services in India to be Cancelled by Govt. Of India with a Huge Penalty... 4. As per bylaws and Rules and Regulations of Govt. Of India and ROC, take immediate action on M/s PayTm and Cancel their Services in India. No Other Customer Should SUFFER like me again in India with these kind of Cheating Companies. 5. Please Intervene for Product Delivery Immediately after 21-Feb-2016 and Penalize M/s PayTm with Huge Penalty. Also Help with Compensation for the Agony and Wasting of my Valuable Time. Due to this Harassment emails with Pathetic Customer Service I am Facing multiple issues at Home. WHY CUSTOMER SHOULD SUFFER WITH YOUR INTERNAL COMPLAINCES BETWEEN SELLER TRADER. ??? Regards, Ch.
