[Resolved]  Paytm — Stay away from this one

Dear sir,
I have order a Sony vaio Backpack 15.6 inch laptop
my order no. Is[protected]
order is deliver is 30-7-14 but product is defective when I call on merchant he say complaint on paytym Customer care .When I complaint on [protected]@paytm.com, he reply me your 50% cash back use so you cannot return the product .But I want only exchange my bag not return so please change my product. If you recharge thru paytm.com the money is by default use in available paytm wallet money so what is my foult.
