Paytm — Tata sky connection recharge

I made a payment of my tatasky account [protected] on 9th Feb 2016. First I made at 6:59pm of 500 Rs. .. When it failed I tried another at 7:02 pm of the same amount. Neither of the two where accepted but my bank account was debited with 1000 Rs. .. I complained about it at ur site but no response.. Kindly do the needful and credit by paytm wallet with the same
