Paytm — Tata Sky recharge failed but still processing | |||||
Hello i've recharge my tata sky no. from paytm service. Recharge is failed and still it is processing since last week, it is already 1 week. so if there is problem with recharge they have to cancel it. i've also mailed 3-4 time and giving me same answer all the time. so paytm guys are try to messing and playing with us or what. if they dont want to give money then just tell me. dont mess and lie about it that still that much time is remaining. First they are telling 24hr then 48hr then 72hr continuous increasing it is already 1 week, more than 168 hours. This is the message they;ve send me all 3 time, " Bhavesh, I am really sorry that the resolution of your issue is taking time. I feel terrible that you had to experience that. We could do better! I am working on your query. Unfortunately, it will take some more time: 24 to 48 hours. I will get back to you as soon as I possibly can. " Was this information helpful? | |||||
