Received ticket ID[protected] for my complaints done on 15 feb for money refund against transaction done through sendmygift.com.( refer pics)

I was supppse to get revert within 48 hrs.I have been waiting from past 4 days but not received any revert.

Firstly, revert and process with my refund ASAP.

Secondly, check authenticity of site before tie-ups.

Patym must have followed up with sendmygift.com so as to process my refund.which I have received now. Also stop being partner of sendmygift.com until they create a better goodwill. Thanks
