Paytm — Transaction Failure. | |||||
I have done a recharge of ₹ 397 on my Vodafone number from Paytm on Froday[protected]. The money got debited from my account but the transaction failed and I didn't get any recharge. I sent the email to [protected]@paytm.com and updates this info and requested for the refund. In revert Paytm gave me a assurance of refund of my money within 24 hours. I have an email from Paytm with all the assurance mentioned. Now the 24 hours have been passed and there is no update from them. I have sent 2 emails after this, but there was no revert.
