Paytm — Unethical behavior for benefit not received | |||||
Hi, I had done a recharge for my AIRTEL number from PAYTM on '[protected] at 22:57:11'. PAYTM says order is successful and amount has been deducted from my account, but I never received the benefit. On contacting paytm, they ask me to contact AIRTEL, and AIRTEL says I need to go to PAYTM again. What am I supposed to do. Since the re-charge was done from PAYTM, are they supposed to handle such issues? This has happened to me second time and I am very much upset about this. I complained upto the NODAL officer level in AIRTEL, and also complained PAYTM, but this hasnt been sorted out till now. Please guide me.. Regards, P Jobalia. Was this information helpful? | |||||
