Paytm — unethical behaviours | |||||
I have booked a gsrtc bus for 8th june 2019. Pnr/ticket no: g27792836, seat no: 19 Ticket price: 358 inr From ctm expressway (Ahmedabad, gujrat) to bharuch gnfc bus stand. Pick up time : 9:35 am. I booked a bus to go to job. Bus was very late, i have waited for an hour. After an hour passed i went to gnfc office. On asking, deputed person gave a call to bus operator, and he was informed that some problem with bus, so bus still not departed from the origin place. From bus origin departed point (Geetamandir, ahmedabad, gujrat) to my pick point, it takes an hour to reach due to heavy rush on this route, moreover bus was not ready to depart due to some issues. In this scenario i was not able to wait more as i had to be on time for a job. So i decided to go by private vehicle. As soon as i made my decision, i call to paytm customer care and raised a query and ask for a refund. Because one can not wait endlessly for the bus. My query reference no:[protected] I was told to be given a feedback shortly. After a month (9th july, 2019) i have received a mail from paytm.in conclude they informed "we regret to inform that the refund cannot be honored as the bus was not cancelled.
