Name: gidwanihanumant | Email Id: [protected]@gmail.com | Order Number: RCtkt - | Message: i have added money in my wallet my phone no. is [protected] but when i logged in next day i have showing no balance in my paytm wallet? firstly i added 500 rs from sbi rupay card, transaction id [protected], then paytm added 50 as my rupay debit card promo code, then i recharged [protected] for rs 480 ref.no. [protected], then i have got 19 rs cashback then i recharged [protected] for 20 via ref no. [protected] then paytm added cashback of re.1, this all has done on 5/03/2016 at 10.20 pm now my account is not showing any history of transaction as well as my wallet balance of rs 70, kindly ensure it or i will go to consumer forum. also not getting reply from you as my previous mail crossed 24 hours |
